A service fee of 1.8% applies to all online transactions processed through the platform. No service fees apply to transactions processed through POS mode for in-store sales.

5. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By using our payment services, you agree to Stripe's terms and conditions. We do not store credit card information on our servers.

6. Refunds and Returns

Refund and return policies are set by individual businesses. Customers should review the specific store's policies before making a purchase.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Use the platform for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Upload malicious code or harmful content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Impersonate another person or business

8. Liability Limitations

HIGHSTREET CLICK shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
